This was a 30,000 sq ft tenant fit-out for the DEA temporary testing lab. DEA’s permanent facility would not be completed for two to three years. The design incorporated air-cooled chillers, air handling units, VAV boxes and gas fired heat. A DDC EMS Control System manages the entire system. The project was completed from underground acid resistant piping system to air balance and occupancy in a six-month period of time.
